Our Office
The NAAM Foundation is housed in a landmark building in the Pietermaai neighborhood, a site with a rich and layered history. Originally constructed during World War II, the building first served as a food warehouse before being repurposed as Curaçao’s Public Library, which remained at this location until the end of 1988.
In 1999, the structure was officially designated as a protected monument, celebrated for its modernist architecture, which was adapted to the Caribbean climate. The building has served not only as NAAM’s headquarters but also as a vibrant space for exhibitions, research, and community engagement. The property is owned by the APNA Pension Fund.
